Risk-Free Purchase
Refund must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact hello@orabedding for refund and return procedure. We regret to inform you that any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund will be made back to the same payment mode you use to make purchase and buyer will need to pay for return shipping cost. Alternatively, you can self-return to our warehouse.
Exchange and refund are allowed provided the items are unused and unwashed condition in their original packaging. Buyer will however need to pay for all shipping cost.
Cancellation is allowed before we pack and ship the goods.
To make your returns quicker and easier, please keep your receipt.
